JAMES CHOO is an attorney with the firm and has extensive experience with construction defect, personal injury, vehicle accident and slip and fall cases. He has also represented multiple subcontractor, general contractor and developer defendants in complex litigation construction cases.
Mr. Choo is admitted to practice before all California courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Choo also served as a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Choo received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. He received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
