ELLYN MOSCOWITZ has practiced law for 32 years, specializing in the Labor and Employment field. She has been a shareholder of one firm, and had her own firm for seven years, before returning to teach Law School at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Ellyn has argued cases in the California Supreme Court, California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit, winning and and making important new law in the process. She has published two law books four law review articles, and poetry!
Ellyn is a skilled and experienced litigator and has handled many class action cases. Her expertise at the Firm will be to lead the Labor and Employment team. She handles representation at arbitrations, sexual harassment, wage and hour, employment lawsuits, and provides sexual harassment training.
